Last Week - From Fun to Not So Much Fun

Ok this is a long one with lots of pics, beware!!

We had a fun week last week! We (finally)made a trip to do the train ride at Trinity Park! I've talked of it since Jaycie was little, but just never seemed to make it over for that - we always just do the zoo instead! But we did it!! We went with one of Jaycie's best friend's Ellie and brother Deacon, and of course Abbie!

The girls LOVED it! Of course excited to something with friends, but they both just watched everything as we took our ride! So here's a few cute pics from that!

Then we had some caring of babies to do!!

And then Mommy got really brave and broke out the paints - while Kaylie was awake!! First experience of that! She really liked it! Of course thought she was a big girl!! A little tougher for "neat freak" Mommmy to let go and let her do it!!!

Now when Jaycie was close to 2, I could seriously leave her at her table, go jump in the shower, and she would be just fine. I'm pretty positive I won't be leaving Kaylie at her table any time soon to paint by herself!!

And another highlight of Jaycie's week!! The rain!! She had to go get her rain boots and jacket and play a little in the rain!!

Wanted to throw this in here: Jaycie has informed us she wants to be a butterfly when she grows up, but first she has to be a caterpillar before she can be a butterfly!!

But pictures for Kaylie went a little like this! Thought we were tired and mad Mommy put her in the grass.

Little did I know we weren't feeling good and by Sunday afternoon, we turned to this -and we've had a sick baby since!! NO FUN AT ALL!!!! Little bit of fever , BAD diarrhea , and a couple of vomiting incidents!

A couple days into her sickness, starting to feel better - I thought!! Got into her shoes and asked for some to be put on - normal Kaylie at home behavior!

But as of today, still a sick little girl. She is eating some, but you can tell she just doesn't feel good. So she is getting lots of hugs and holds from Mommy , and Big Sis is ready for her to be better so she isn't holding us back from doing fun stuff anymore!
