Mimi took Jaycie and me to see the ballet the Nutcracker this year!! It reminded Mimi and me of when I was little and we used to go to the Nutcracker for Christmas!
Jaycie was very excited about her special night - all about her! Mimi took her shopping at the mall to get a Christmas dress a week or two before, so that was what she wore! Overall, Jaycie liked it, but she did not like the Mice!! After the first scene with them, she sat in my lap for the rest of the show! Those mean guys! It was mostly the louder music that went along with them. Her favorite of course was Clara! It was a 7:30 show and about a third of the way through, you could tell someone was getting rather tired!! But she stayed awake the whole way through and all the way home!
