We went to Samuel's first birthday party last weekend! Kaylie and Jaycie both had fun - after they overcame the fear of all the strange people at Amy and Steve's house!
Here's the Birthday boy! He dove right into his cupcake - nothing like Miss Kaylie!
Kaylie loved Samuel's new "car" he got!! I started to take her off of it so we could go in the other room and watch Samuel open his presents, and she had a little bit of a "fit"!! this little girl has got a little bit of an attitude!! 
Jaycie jumped right into all the big kid games!! They did the pinata! She had practice from Ellie's party a few weeks ago!! and they played a game where they tied balloons to the kids' ankles and they ran around trying to pop each others balloons - yet trying to prevent theirs from getting popped!! Jaycie was right in the mix!! She was chasing Mitchell around (who is 2 1/2) and trying to get his balloon!! When one of the big kids came from behind her and popped his balloon, Jaycie turned around with her hands on her hips !! It looked like she said something like "I was trying to do that!! " or "that wasn't very nice!" It was pretty funny!
Kaylie loved her balloon she played with!! It entertained her throughout all the big kid games!
