Feeding the Ducks

The other day after one of my OB appointments, I finally took Jaycie to go and feed the ducks. This is something that has been on our list of fun things to do for a while, but something else always came up. So we went, she loved it, that is until the bossy, mean old geese came along. I was literally pulling her up off her feet by one arm backing away from the charging geese!! But we would just hide the bread and the geese would eventually leave and we could continue to feed the nice, calm, docile ducks! It was a good time and Jaycie didn't want to leave, not even to go have lunch with Mimi!! We'll definitely have to do this again!!! That is after we make time for a trip to the zoo - she has been asking to go to the zoo for weeks now and the weather here is finally cooling down. So the zoo is definitely back on our fun list of things to do!!
