January was a big month for Kaylie! She finally started taking some steps on her own!! I actually caught these on camera, too! Now that girl is just everywhere as of last week! She can now be officially called a walker! And she has gotten mighty independent about it!
We also went to Abilene for ANOTHER bday party!! This time it was at a cookie bouquet making place. It was really neat! the kids got to help make a batch of chocolate chip cookies, then they got to decorate 2 big sugar cookies on sticks! Jaycie had a lot of fun! Kaylie on the other hand had a rough weekend! She had been in for her checkup on Friday before we left and got shots, so she basically was running a fever all weekend!
When we got home Sunday, Daddy took the girls out to ride in Jaycie's jeep! she is SOOOO much better at driving it now! Sometimes we will take Kaylie out and put it in high gear for her, she LOVES that!! And Kaylie LOVES to ride in the jeep with big sister! She controls the radio while Jaycie drives!
